Taking the stress out of running your short term let

We are not a booking agent, however if provided with relevant log-in information into the system of your choice, we will keep up-to-date with bookings ourselves so that you can skip to hassle of contacting us to let us know your bookings directly.

Once we have established which services you are looking for, we will create a contract to highlight those services (on a yearly basis). An invoice will be sent to you each month payable in arrears for the previous months services.

We will report to you if we come across any damages/issues as soon as we are aware of it, so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Owners, guests and booking agents will all be given our main office number; whether in a welcome folder at the property or included on information emails. Calls can then be made to our office at any time and will divert to the work mobile of the attendee who will deal with any queries directly and action any works. 

Our main office is located in Aviemore with services provided between Laggan and Cromdale. However, our yearly hot tub services, installations and parts replacements are provided to any location within Scotland.
